Memorandum from Monro Fisher Wasbrough
(DCH 37)
1. Clause 2(3)(c). Please clarify in subsequent
draft whether "sport" must involve both "physical
skill" and "exertion"; also whether the
exertion must be physical.
2. Clause 27(7)(a). This sub-clause appears
to undermine the entire Section 27 and appears to conflict with
sub-clause (1).
3. Section 27(6)(d)(ii). There appears to
be no definition of "substantial interest".
4. Schedule 6 Charitable Incorporated Organisations.
No requirement, indication or guidance is given in relation to
existing registration as a company at Companies House. Will this
automatically terminate? Will notice be required by Companies
House for removal? Will Companies House registration continue?
