Joint Committee on the draft Charity Bill on 16 June 2004 that
ACF agreed to send to the Committee.
After each question, the paragraph number of
the relevant response in the main paper is given.
1. On whether he [David Emerson representing
ACF] agrees with Christopher Spence's [representing Volunteering
England] suggestion that there should be ongoing testing of public
benefit; and on whether there should be criteria in the Bill for
