Dear Ms Graham

Charities Bill

This organisation has a face to face fundraising programme, acquiring regular gifts on the doorstep. The income we receive from it forms a crucial part of our overall public fundraising. In comparison with many charities our programme is very small, and we are particularly concerned that the Charities Bill ensures fair access to fundraising for smaller charities and fundraising programmes.

Our views regarding this and other matters within the draft legislation have been pertinently expressed by our fundraising provider, Tim Lilley Fundraising Consultancy. Therefore we refer you to their submission, and urge you to take their proposals on board.

Yours sincerely

Dot McGahan

Director
