8 Restricted Byways Bill

8.1 We consider the Restricted Byways Bill[114], also a Private Member's Bill, raises the same issue as the Rights of Way (Amendment) Bill, as explained above, and consequently consider it to raise no significant risk of incompatibility for the same reason.
