3 Government Bills
3.1 In respect of each of these Bills, the responsible
Minister has made a statement of compatibility with Convention
rights in accordance with section 19(1)(a) of the Human Rights
Act 1998. In our view, the following Bills do not have human rights
implications making it necessary to draw them to the special attention
of either House at this time.
