Schedule 4, Part VIII, paragraph 3: Defective drafting This S.I. amended The Fresh Meat (Beef Controls) (No. 2) Regulations 1996 (S.I. 1996/2097) and in so doing corrupted the text of Regulation 5(2) of this Instrument. There are plans to amend S.I. 1996/2097 in the near future and the error will be corrected then. [1999/2000]
