Draft Report Demonstrating Respect for Rights? Follow Up: Government
Response to the Committee's Twenty-second Report of Session 2008-09
proposed by the Chairman, brought up and read the first and second
time, and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report be the Sixth Report of the Committee
to each House.
Two Papers were ordered to be reported to the House for printing
with the Report, together with written evidence reported and ordered
to be published on 13 October in the last session of Parliament.
Ordered, That the Chairman make the Report to the House
of Commons and that Lord Dubs make the Report to the House of
Lords.
[Adjourned till Wednesday 3 February at 2 pm.
