to the Equality and Human Rights Commission, in accordance with
House of Lords Standing Order No. 66.
Draft Report (Allegation of Contempt: Mr Trevor Phillips)
proposed by the Chairman, brought up and read the first and second
time, and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report be the Seventh Report of the
Committee to each House.
Ordered, That the Chairman make the Report to the House
of Commons and that Lord Dubs make the Report to the House of
Lords.
