read.

That the draft Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.

Resolved,
That the Report be the Thirteenth Report of the Committee to each
House.
Ordered, That the Chairman make
the Report to the House of Commons and that Lord Dubs make the
Report to the House of Lords.
Written evidence was ordered to
be reported to the House for printing with the Report, together
with written evidence reported and ordered to be published on
10 February and 20 October in the last session of Parliament and
on 24 November, 15 December, 12 January and 26 January.
