rights judgments), proposed by the Chairman, brought up and
read.
Ordered, That the draft Report be read a second time, paragraph
by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1 to 196 read and agreed to.
Annex read and agreed to.
Summary read and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report be the Fifteenth Report of the
Committee to each House.
Ordered, That the Chairman make the Report to the House of Commons
and that Lord Dubs make the Report to the House of Lords.
Written evidence was ordered to be reported to the House for printing
with the Report, together with written evidence reported and ordered
to be published on 9 and 12 December, 13 January, 3 February,
19 May, 2 June, 14 and 21 July, and 13 and 20 October, in the
last session of Parliament, and on 24 November, 15 December, 12
January and 3 February.
