The Joint Committee on the Draft Detention of Terrorist
Suspects (Temporary Extension) Bills was appointed by the House
of Commons on 15 March 2011 appointed by the House of Lords on
17 March 2011 with the terms of reference "to consider and
report on the draft Bills by 9 June 2011." An extension was
granted until 23 June 2011.
