the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills
South Gloucestershire and Stroud College (Government)
Regulations 2011 (S.I. 2011/2975)
By a letter dated 1 February 2012, the Committee
sought a memorandum on the following points.
Explain the reference to "LSC
members" in clause 13(1) of Schedule 1 and the references
to "the LSC" in articles 6(2) and 19 of Schedule 2.
The Department for Business, Skills and Innovation's
response to the Committee's query is set out below.
The reference to "LSC members" in clause
13(1) of Schedule 1 should be to "CE members" and the
references to "the LSC" in articles 6(2) and 19 of Schedule
2, should be to "the CE".
The Department advises the Committee that this Instrument
affects only the college concerned, with no wider impact.
