brought up and read.
Ordered, That the Chair's
draft Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraph 1 read and agreed to.
A Paper was appended to the Report.
Resolved, That the Report
be the Second Report of the Committee to the House.
Ordered, That the Chair
make the Report to the House of Commons and that Lord Lester of
Herne Hill make the Report to the House of Lords.
Ordered, That embargoed
copies of the Report be made available, in accordance with the
provisions of Standing Order No. 134.
Written evidence reported and ordered to be published
on 22 May 2012 was ordered to be reported to the House.
