At its meeting on 6 March 2013 the Committee considered the Instruments set out in the Annex to this Report, none of which were required to be reported to both Houses.

Paragraph 3 of the Explanatory Memorandum to the Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2013 (S.I. 2013/262) contains an attempt to justify the use of the auxiliary 'will' in the Rules, on which the Committee's position is reserved - see paragraph 5 of the Committee's Ninth Report for Session 2012-13.
