Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme and Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2021

1.In its letter to the Department of 17 March 2021, the Committee requested a memorandum on the following point:

In relation to regulation 1(2)(b)(vi), explain which is correct, the regulation number or the parenthetical description.

2.It is the parenthetical description which is correct. We are most grateful to the JCSI for pointing out this error and are urgently considering how to remedy it, including liaising with the SI Registrar on the possibility of a correction slip as we believe the intention is clear.
