Voluntary Organisations
Baroness Byford asked Her Majesty’s Government:
Further to the Written Answer by the Lord Rooker on 18 July (WA 177), in addition to the Scouts Association and the National Federation of Women's Institutes, which other organisations have been allocated funding from the Climate Challenge Fund; how much each organisation is receiving; and over what period of time the money will be allocated. The Minister of State, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Lord Rooker): In addition to the Scouts Association and the National Federation of Women’s Institutes, a total of 51 other organisations have been allocated funding for the next two financial years from the Climate Change Fund as announced by the Government in June 2006.
