The Bill, having been brought from the Commons on Friday last and printed pursuant to Standing Order 48, was, pursuant to the order of 16th October, deemed to have been read a first and second time and to have been reported from the Select Committee with amendments. The Bill was printed as amended pursuant to Standing Order 48 and recommitted to a Committee of the Whole House.
Pursuant to resolution of 24th July, Bill read a first time, passed through all its remaining stages pro forma and sent to the Commons.
