10.Succession to the Crown—It was moved by the Lord Archer of Weston-Super-Mare that an Humble Address be presented to Her Majesty praying that Her Majesty may be graciously pleased to allow that Her undoubted Prerogative and interest may not stand in the way of the consideration by Parliament during the present session of any measure providing for the removal of any distinction between the sexes in determining the succession to the Crown; the motion was agreed to; it was ordered that the Address be presented by the Lords with White Staves.
11.Coordinated Universal Time Bill [HL]—The report was received.
12.Law Officers Bill [HL]—The bill was read a third time and passed and sent to the Commons.
13.Referendums (Scotland and Wales) Bill—The House again resolved itself into a Committee upon the bill; amendments were moved and (by leave of the Committee) withdrawn; the House was resumed for a statement; the House again resolved itself into a Committee upon the bill; further amendments were moved and (by leave of the Committee) withdrawn; the House was resumed.
14.Special Immigration Appeals Commission Bill [HL]—The report was received; amendments were agreed to; an amendment was moved and (by leave of the House) withdrawn; it was ordered that the bill be printed as amended. (HL Bill 17)
