2.Clunis (by his next friend Prince) (Petitioner) v. Camden and Islington Area Health Authority (Respondents)—The petition of Christopher Clunis (a patient acting by his next friend Christopher Prince) praying for leave to appeal was presented and referred to an Appeal Committee.
3.Appeal Committee—The following Order was made pursuant to the 46th Report:

T G A Chapman Limited and others (Respondents) v. Christopher and others (Petitioners)—That leave to appeal be given, and that the petition of appeal be lodged by 2nd April next.

Luton Borough Council (Respondents) v. Triumph Ovens Ltd and Levy (A.P.) 9.Crime and Disorder Bill [HL]—The bill was further considered on report; amendments were disagreed to (see division lists 1 and 2); an amendment was moved and, on question, tellers for the not contents not having been appointed, the amendment was agreed to pursuant to Standing Order 51; amendments were moved and (by leave of the House) withdrawn; further consideration on report was adjourned.
10.Northern Ireland Arms Decommissioning Act 1997 (Amnesty Period) Order 1998—It was moved by the Lord Dubs that the draft Order laid before the House on 2nd March be approved; after debate, the motion was agreed to.
