  In this Report, we make available for the information of the House oral evidence given to members of Sub-Committee E (Law and Institutions) and of Sub-Committee F (Social Affairs, Education and Home Affairs) by Ms Joyce Quin MP, Minister of State, Home Office, on the Work Programme on Justice and Home Affairs put forward by the Government for the United Kingdom's Presidency of the European Union in the first half of 1998.
