(2) If such registration is not completed in time for a party to submit a list to the Greater London returning officer within the time specified in paragraph 5(2) of Schedule 2 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999, that party shall not be eligible to participate in the election as a party nor its candidates to participate as London candidates for that party. (3) A failure by the Registrar to register a party in time for it to participate in an ordinary election shall not affect or prejudice the result of the election and no action shall be brought against the Registrar or the returning officer in respect of such failure."") | |||
