     34. In section 170(5) of the Administration Act (enactments conferring functions in respect of which the Committee is to advise etc.), in the definition of "relevant enactments", after paragraph (ad) insert-
 
 
    "(ae) sections 55, 67 and 74 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999; and".
