Enforcement of requirements relating to drivers' hours
Clause 
1.Power to prohibit driving of vehicle.
2.Duration and removal of prohibition.
3.Failure to comply with prohibition.

Licensing of operators of goods vehicles
4.Increase of fine for breach of obligation to hold operator's licence.
5.Detention of vehicle used without operator's licence.
6.Addition of specified vehicles to operator's licence.
