1*      Insert the following new Clause--

    (".  The Decommissioning Commission shall publish within seven days of the passage of this Act a timetable for each stage of decommissioning so as to ensure the process is completed by 22nd May 2000, in accordance with the Belfast Agreement, and shall report progress on implementing such a timetable in September and December 1999, as set out in paragraph 4 of the Joint Statement.") Timetable for decommissioning.

    (3A)  Following the implementation of section 18(2) the Assembly shall debate any action proposed to be taken in consequence of that implementation and any matters which fall to be reviewed under the Validation, Implementation and Review section of the Belfast Agreement.")

    The above-named Lords give notice of their intention to oppose the question that Clause 3 stand part of the Bill.
