Regulatory Reform Bill [HL]—The bill was returned from the Commons agreed to with a privilege amendment; the amendment was considered and agreed to. 12. Elections Bill—The House resolved itself into a Committee upon the bill; an amendment was moved and (by leave of the Committee) withdrawn; the House was resumed for a statement; the House again resolved itself into a Committee upon the bill; amendments were moved and (by leave of the Committee) withdrawn; the House was resumed and the bill was reported without amendment; the report was received; then Standing Order 46 having been dispensed with, the bill was read a third time and passed. The House was adjourned at seven minutes past seven o’clock till tomorrow, eleven o’clock.
