12.Regina v. A (Respondent) (On Appeal from the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division))—It was moved by the Lord Slynn of Hadley, That the 33rd Report from the Appellate Committee of the late Parliament be agreed to; the motion was agreed to. It was ordered and adjudged that the Order of the Court of Appeal of 15th January last be affirmed and the appeal dismissed; that it be declared “That the question whether leave should be granted under section 41(3)(c) of the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999 be considered by the Judge in the Crown Court in the light of the opinions expressed by the Lords of Appeal.”; and that there be no order as to costs.
