The following Lords of Appeal were present:

1.Medcalf (Respondent) and others v. Weatherill and another (Appellants) (England)—The appeal of Bernard Richard Weatherill and Josephine Mary Hayes was presented and it was ordered that in accordance with Standing Order VI the statement and appendix thereto be lodged on or before 17th July next.
2.Cave (Respondent) v. Robinson Jarvis & Rolf (a firm) (Appellants) (England)—The appeal of Robinson Jarvis & Rolf was presented and it was ordered that in accordance with Standing Order VI the statement and appendix thereto be lodged on or before 17th July next.

5.National Westminster Bank plc (Respondents) v. Utrecht-America Finance Co (Petitioners)—The petition of Utrecht-America Finance Co praying for leave to appeal was presented and referred to the Appeal Committee.
6.Odyssey RE (London) Limited and others (Respondents) v. OIC Run-off Limited (formerly The Orion Insurance Company plc) (Appellants)—The appeal was set down for hearing and referred to the Appellate Committee (lodged 30th May).
7.Co-operative Retail Services Limited (Respondents) v. Taylor Young Partnership and others (Appellants) and others—The petition of the appellants, praying that the appeal be restored and for an extension of time for lodging the statement and appendix until 2nd July next notwithstanding that the time limited by Standing Order VI has expired (the agents for the respondents consenting thereto), was presented; and it was ordered as prayed.
8.Kuwait Airways Corporation (Respondents) v. Iraqi Airways Company (Appellants) and others—The petition of the appellants praying that the time for lodging the statement and appendix and setting down the cause for hearing might be extended to 25th July next (the agents for the respondents consenting thereto) was presented; and it was ordered as prayed.
