1.Regina v. Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals Panel (Respondents) ex parte B (Petitioner)—The petition of B praying for leave to appeal notwithstanding that the time limited by Standing Order II has expired was presented and referred to the Appeal Committee.
2.Bybrook Barn Centre Limited and others (Respondents) v. Kent County Council (Petitioners)—The order of commitment was discharged.
3.A E Beckett & Sons (Lyndons) Limited and others (Respondents) v. Midlands Electricity plc (Petitioners)—The order of commitment was discharged.

4.Standard Chartered Bank (Respondents) v. Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (Petitioners) and others—The order of commitment was discharged.
5.Standard Chartered Bank (Petitioners) v. Pakistan National Shipping Corporation and others and another (Respondent) and others—The order of commitment was discharged.
6.Appeal Committee—The Fourth Report from the Appeal Committee was agreed to and the following Order was made—

Commissioners of Inland Revenue (Petitioners) v. Laird Group plc (Respondents)—That the petition for an appeal to be brought direct from the High Court of Justice be refused; that the respondents be at liberty to apply for their costs in accordance with direction 5.1(d) and if the application is granted, that the amount thereof be certified by the Clerk of the Parliaments if not agreed between the parties.

7.Cantwell (Respondent) v. Criminal Injuries Compensation Board (Appellants) (Scotland)—The cause was fully heard and consideration was adjourned sine die.
