3. Homes BillIt was moved by the Lord Whitty that it be an instruction to the Committee of the Whole House to whom the Homes Bill has been committed that they consider the bill in the following order:

the motion was agreed to.
4. Health and Social Care BillThe report was received; amendments were moved and (by leave of the House) withdrawn; an amendment was agreed to (see division list 1); amendments were agreed to; an amendment was disagreed to (see division list 2); further consideration on report was adjourned after amendment 33.
5. Racial harassmentThe Baroness Prashar asked Her Majestys Government what is their response to Racial Harassment: Action on the Ground, a Report by Gerard Lemos for the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, and to the proposals for improving services for tackling racist incidents and harassment in the United Kingdom; after debate, the question was answered by the Lord Bassam of Brighton.
