Viscount Cranborne:Associated with the Constitution Unit, University College London.
Lord Fellowes:Though retired as private secretary to The Queen in 1999, technically still a member of the Royal Household.
Lord Holme of Cheltenham:Vice-Chairman of the Hansard Society and is expected shortly to become Chairman; Member of the Citizenship Foundation and has written on constitutional topics.
Lord Morgan:Member of the Institute of Welsh Affairs; Assessor on the Leverhulme Devolution Projects.
Lord Norton of Louth:Member of the Study of Parliament Group; Member of the Hansard Society Council; and the author of several books on the constitution.
Lord Weatherill:President of the Institute for Citizenship and associated with the Hansard Society.
