19. The Committee reported on this bill in our
12th Report of this Session (HL Paper 63). The Government has
responded positively to our recommendations. A copy of the Government's

BILL - GOVERNMENT RESPONSE
20. The Committee reported on this bill in our
9th Report of this Session (HL Paper 45). The Government has responded
positively to our recommendation and an amendment was moved (and
agreed) at Report Stage on 10 March to meet the point we raised.
A copy of the Government's response is printed at Annex 3 to this
Report.

BILL - GOVERNMENT RESPONSE
21. The Committee reported on this bill in our
12th Report of this Session (HL Paper 63). The Government has
now submitted a response, which is printed at Annex 4 to this
Report. We welcome the Government's positive response to our recommendation.
