4.Criminal Defence Service (Funding) (Amendment) Order 2005—It was moved by the Lord Goodhart that an Humble Address be presented to Her Majesty praying that the Order, laid before the House on 21st September, be annulled (S.I. 2005/2621); after debate, the motion was (by leave of the House) withdrawn.
