9.European Union (Implications of Withdrawal) Bill [HL]—A bill to establish a Committee of Inquiry into the implications of a withdrawal by the United Kingdom from the European Union was presented by the Lord Pearson of Rannoch, read a first time and ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 44)
10.Terrorism Bill—It was moved by the Lord Grocott, on behalf of the Baroness Scotland of Asthal, that the bill be committed to a Committee of the Whole House; the motion was agreed to.
11.Harbours Bill [HL]—The order of commitment was discharged.
