Judicial Business

1.In re G (children) (FC)—Further to the Order of the House of 26th July 2006 (75th Report, Session 2005–06 [2006] UKHL 43), it was ordered that the costs orders made in favour of CW in the Order of Mr Justice Coleridge in the Family Division of the High Court of Justice of 11th April 2006 be set aside; that there be no order for costs between the parties in this House and in the courts below; and that the costs of CG be taxed in accordance with the Access to Justice Act 1999; and it was further ordered that the Order of Mrs Justice Bracewell in the Family Division of the High Court of Justice of 15th February 2006 be varied so that for paragraph 7 thereof there shall be substituted the following paragraph: “That CG shall hold the passports for the girls, and will release the passports to CW for the purposes of holidays organised by her providing that CW gives full details of the holiday to CG and requests the passports at least four weeks before the date the children are to travel; CG shall give full details of holidays organised by her for the girls to CW.”
2.R v. H (Appellant) (On Appeal from the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division))—The appeal of H was presented and ordered to be prosecuted subject to the procedures applicable thereto.
3.Appeal Committee—The 134th Report from the Appeal Committee was agreed to and the following Orders were made—
