1. Keeley (Respondent) v. Fosroc International Limited (Petitioners)The petition of Fosroc International Limited praying for leave to appeal was presented and referred to an Appeal Committee (lodged 2nd November).
2. R v. Levey (Petitioner) (On Appeal from the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division))The petition of Stephen Levey praying for leave to appeal in accordance with the Criminal Appeal Act 1968 was presented and referred to an Appeal Committee.
3. Phillips and others (suing as administrators of the estate of Christo Michailidis) (Appellants) v. Symes and others (Respondents) and othersIt was ordered that the appellants be allowed to prosecute the appeal without giving the usual security for costs as required by Standing Order.
4. Mallett & Son (Antiques) Limited (Appellants) v. 10. London Local Authorities Bill [HL]A message was brought from the Commons that they concur with the resolution of this House of 31st October.
11. Transport for London Bill [HL]A message was brought from the Commons that they concur with the resolution of this House of 31st October.
12. Whitehaven Harbour Bill [HL]A message was brought from the Commons that they concur with the resolution of this House of 31st October.
13. London Local Authorities and Transport for London BillA message was brought from the Commons that they have considered the Lords Message of 31st October and have made the following order
that the promoters of the London Local Authorities and Transport for London Bill which was originally introduced in this House, in the previous session, on 25th January 2005 should have leave to suspend any further proceedings on the bill in order to proceed with it, if they think fit, in the next session of Parliament according to the provisions of Private Business Standing Order 188A (Suspension of bills).
Public Business
14. Education and Inspections BillThe bill was returned from the Commons with the amendments agreed to.
15. Crossrail BillIt was moved by the Lord Davies of Oldham that, if a Crossrail Bill is brought from the House of Commons in the next Session of Parliament, the Standing Orders of the House applicable to the Bill, so far as complied with or dispensed with in this Session or in the Session 2004-05, shall be deemed to have been complied with or (as the case may be) dispensed with in the next Session; the motion was agreed to and a message was ordered to be sent to the Commons to acquaint them therewith.
16. Armed Forces BillThe bill was read a third time; amendments were agreed to; amendments were disagreed to (see division lists 1 to 4); then, after debate, the bill was passed and returned to the Commons with amendments.

NHS Redress Bill [HL]The bill was returned from the Commons with a Lords amendment disagreed to; with Commons amendments to which the Lords have disagreed insisted on, with reasons for such insistence, and with an amendment in lieu; the Commons message was considered forthwith; a motion not to insist on a Lords amendment and not to insist on Lords disagreement to certain Commons amendments but to agree to an amendment proposed by the Commons in lieu was agreed to.
21. Animal Welfare BillThe bill was returned from the Commons with the amendments agreed to.
22. Report of the Economic Affairs Committee on Government Policy on the Management of Risk (5th Report, HL Paper 183)The Grand Committee reported that it had considered the Report.

England Rural Development Programme (Closure of Project-Based Schemes) Regulations 2006It was moved by the Baroness Miller of Chilthorne Domer that the Grand Committee do consider the England Rural Development Programme (Closure of Project-Based Schemes) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/2298); after debate, the motion was agreed to.
