| Insert the following new Clause— |
| | "Amendment of offence of demonstrating without authorisation in the vicinity of Parliament |
| (1) | In section 138(3) of the Serious and Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (c. 15) (the designated area) leave out "one kilometre" and insert "200 yards"." |
| (2) | In section 134(4) of the Serious and Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (c. 15) (authorisation of demonstrations in designated area), after paragraph (e), insert— |
| "(ea) | the maximum area in which the protest can take place." |
