Because the Statistics Board can in any event monitor the arrangements for the release of

 

official statistics and access to official statistics in their final form prior to publication.

the location from which the release of official statistics may be

 

made;

 

(b)    

the time at which the release of official statistics may be made; and

the release of official statistics.”

 

COMMONS DISAGREEMENT AND REASON

 

The Commons disagree to Lords Amendment No. 14 for the following Reason—

Because it is for the Statistics Board to decide whether to include rules and practices

 

relating to the release of official statistics and, if so, what those rules and practices should
