Then the bill was read a third time. Amendments were agreed to. A privilege amendment was agreed to. The bill was passed and sent to the Commons. 11 Justice and Security (Northern Ireland) Bill Lord Rooker moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Grand Committee. The House adjourned at 6.20pm until Wednesday 21 February at 9.45am for judicial business, 3.00pm for public business. Grand Committee Business The Grand Committee met in the Moses Room at 3.30pm Welfare Reform Bill The Grand Committee considered the bill. Amendments 1 to 31 were considered. The Committee adjourned after amendment 31. The Committee adjourned at 7.24pm. Judicial Business 1 National Assembly for Wales (Respondents) v Condron (FC) (Petitioner) and others (Respondents) The petition of Elizabeth Condron praying for leave to appeal notwithstanding that the time limited by Standing Order II has expired was presented and referred to an Appeal Committee.
