8    Procedure of the House The Chairman of Committees moved that the 3rd Report from the Select Committee be agreed to. The motion was agreed to.

9    Offender Management Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 51. Amendments 59 and 62 were agreed to (see division lists 1 and 3). Amendment 61 was disagreed to (see division list 2). An amendment was agreed to. The House resumed.

10    North/South Co-operation (Implementation Bodies) (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2007 Lord Rooker moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 10 May be approved. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

11    Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Amendment) (Further Education) Regulations 2007 Lord Adonis moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 22 March be approved. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

The House adjourned. The House resumed.

12    Offender Management Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 69. Amendments were agreed to. The House resumed after amendment 98.
