Then the Chairman of Committees directed in accordance with Private Business Standing Order 121(1)(b) (Committees on unopposed bills) that the order re-committing the bills to an Unopposed Bill Committee be discharged. Public Business 5 Terrorism: European Court of Human Rights A question was asked by Lord Campbell of Alloway and answered by Lord Bassam of Brighton. 6 Armed Forces: Household Division A question was asked by Lord Sheikh and answered by Baroness Crawley. 7 Health: end-of-life care A question was asked by Baroness Finlay of Llandaff and answered by Baroness Royall of Blaisdon. 8 Taxation: private equity firms A question was asked by Lord Barnett and answered by Lord Davies of Oldham. 9 Regulatory Reform (Game) Order 2007 Lord Rooker moved that the draft Regulatory Reform Order laid before the House on 4 June be approved. The motion was agreed to. 10 Regulatory Reform (Financial Services and Markets Act 2000) Order 2007 Lord Davies of Oldham moved that the draft Regulatory Reform Order laid before the House on 24 May be approved. The motion was agreed to. 11 Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with the question that Clause 52 be agreed to. Amendments were agreed to.
