The bill was sent to the Commons. 19 Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Bill The Commons amendments were considered. Lords amendments 2, 3, 5, 6 and 10 and Lords amendments 10P and 10Q proposed in lieu of Commons amendments 10K to 10N were not insisted on and Commons amendments 10R, 10S, 10T, 10U, 10V, 10X, 10Y and 10Z and 10AA in lieu of Lords amendments 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 10P and 10Q were agreed to. 20 Flooding Lord Rooker repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons. 21 Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 238KBA. After debate, the motion was agreed to. 25 Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2007 Lord Rooker moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 6 June be approved. After debate, the motion was agreed to. 26 Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 238LF.
