I would also say that Mr Schaar apologises. He could not come
today because this week we have a hard week because the anti-terrorism
legislation in Germany is being dealt with in the Committee for
Internal Affairs in the Deutsche Bundestag on Wednesday
which will be a hard challenge for Mr Schaar.
