FOREWORD—What this Report is about
This Interim Report makes available the evidence
provided to Sub-Committee G, by the organisation Universities
UK, about the issues raised by the European Commission's proposal
to establish a European Institute of Technology. It includes also
copies of our correspondence relating to these issues with the
Commission and the UK Minister responsible.
