13 Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Waste Management Licensing) (England and Wales) Regulations 2006 Lord Greaves moved that a Humble Address be presented to Her Majesty praying that the Regulations laid before the House on 15 December 2006, be annulled (SI 2006/3315). After debate, the motion was withdrawn.
