8   Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Bill The Commons amendments were considered.

1   R (on the application of Gentle (FC) and another (FC)) (Appellants) v The Prime Minister and others (Respondents) (England) The appeal of Rose Gentle and Beverley Clarke was presented and it was ordered that notwithstanding Standing Order VI the statement and appendix thereto be lodged on or before 4 October.

2   R (on the application of Trzcinska and others) (Respondents) v Secretary of State for the Home Department (Petitioner) and one other action The petition of the Secretary of State for the Home Department praying for leave to appeal was presented and referred to an Appeal Committee (lodged 22 June).

3   Charman (Petitioner) v Charman (Respondent) The petition of John Robert Charman praying for leave to appeal was presented and referred to an Appeal Committee.
