Lord Dykes asked Her Majesty's Government:

The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (Baroness Vadera): The Competition Commission in the course of its recent investigation into the UK grocery market undertook research of this nature. These included publications by market research organisations such as IGD and Verdict, and survey data collected by Taylor Nelson Sofres plc (TNS) and the Office for National Statistics (ONS). The results can be found in the Competition Commission's final report at: www.competition commission.gov.uk/rep_pub/reports/2008/538grocery .htm.
