Baroness Andrews: Noble Lords will recall that on the fifth day of our discussions in Grand Committee, I withdrew Amendment No. 97P which included an amendment to the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 on the HCA’s local planning authority in response to a request made by the noble Baroness, Lady Hamwee, not to move it at this stage. Amendment No. 117ZD makes a corresponding amendment to the repeals schedule set out in Schedule 14, so I shall not move the amendment at this stage.
