Health and Social Care Bill — Government Amendments

14. We reported on this bill in our 6th Report (HL Paper 76). The Government have now invited us to consider amendments to be moved in Committee, printed as amendments 134, 136 and 152 on sheet HL Bill 33-I. The Department of Health has provided a supplementary memorandum on the amendments, printed at Appendix 3. There is nothing in the delegation in these amendments which we wish to draw to the attention of the House.
