Proposal at its meeting of 7 January 2007.
We feel assured given the significant level
of assessment undertaken that the Proposal does not represent
a threat to human health or the environment.
We will therefore clear the proposal from scrutiny,
but we would be grateful if you could let us know the final outcome
of discussions, particularly as the Council Proposal is not yet
available.
