Thank you for your Explanatory Memorandum which
was considered by Sub-Committee A at their meeting on 30 January.
The Sub-Committee cleared the document from scrutiny, but asked
that they might receive a copy of the Government's formal reply
to the consultation paper when this is sent to the Committee in
March.
